Biography
Magda Lampropoulou (b. 1977, Athens) is a sculptress and sound artist based in Athens, Greece. Her work engages with diverse, expressive media including audio, performance, sculpture, installations, video, photography and engravings. The past eight years she has been working with the medium of sound, creating artworks associated with hearing problems, seeking a different empathic concurrency of the audience. Her participation in exhibitions, festivals, artistic radio podcasts, residencies and workshops, has resulted in her identifying her work methodology.
